Images of the ruins and dead are all over the news since the 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck the already impoverished country of Haiti. The death toll continues to rise as rescue teams are sent out to the disaster zone. The American Red Cross has reported that more than three million people are in need of relief aid and those who survive are at risk of dying due to lack of water and sanitation.

Buildings are collapsed with some people buried alive. Families have been separated and don't know if their loved ones have survived or not. Rescue teams have already arrived on location and are doing their best to assist the injured and provide supplies.
